I have done an MBA already in a local university that required no experience. Now I regret doing this MBA as it didn't add any value and I was still not mature enough at that stage. I am now planning to apply to a top MBA school in the US after gaining the proper experience, how would my last MBA reflect on me and how should I disclose it in my application?
